Information about the calculation of the date of delivery

The deadline for the delivery begins to run by advance payment on the day after granting the payment order to the transferring loan institution respectively other payments on the day after the contract conclusion and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the term falls on a Sunday or a general holiday accredited at the place of delivery, the next working day steps to the place of such a day.

If you order several articles from us within the scope of an order for which different delivery times are valid, we dispatch the product in a common mission, provided that we have agreed with you nothing else. In this case, the delivery time which is valid for the article of your order with the longest delivery time is valid for the consignment of all goods together.



Dispatch within the Federal Republic of Germany:

We offer basically a free shipping. Besides, you can choose between different dispatch providers and select another dispatch kind against surcharge.

We distinguish the dispatch of products according to the articles which can be dispatched as letter delivery and which can only dispatched as a package (because of size / weight). You find the allocation of a corresponding article to a dispatch class always in the vicinity of the retail price.

Dispatch cash on delivery: The invoice amount (incl. shipping costs) plus applicable COD charge in the amount of 4,- Euro will hand over by delivery to the delivery agent. The payment cash on delivery is possible only in conjunction with a package dispatch kind (DHL).

Should you buy different articles with different dispatch classes, is always valid the highest dispatch class. If you choose a dispatch kind with which shipping costs are calculated, these were calculated unique and for the whole order.
