The de- soldering braid is designed for dissolving solder joints. In our product is a 1.5mm wide tape of braided copper wires, which has been impregnated to improve the capillary action in flux. For de- soldering it is pressed onto the solder joint and then heated together with the solder of the solder joint. The molten tin is received by the capillary action of the braided strand, and thus removed from the solder.
