Explanation of time functions
ON: permanent activation of the contact
Switching on the supply voltage U causes the contact R to be permanently switched on. Switching the control contact S on and off has no effect on the status of the contact R.
OFF: permanent deactivation of the contact
Switching on the supply voltage U does not cause any change in the status of the relay - the contact R remains permanently switched off. Switching control contact S on and off has no effect on the status of contact R.
AUTO: switch on at set time
Every time the supply voltage U is switched on or every time the control contact S is closed when the supply voltage U is switched on, the contact R is switched on immediately for an adjustable time T. After the time T has been measured, the contact R is switched off. The opening and closing of the control contact S during the measurement of the time T does not affect the implemented function. If the AUTO function is enabled in the ”Extra Time” mode, after measuring the time T, the contact R is switched off for 1s and then switched on again for 10s. After measuring the time of 10s, the contact R is switched off.
R: Shutdown delay
The input of the timing relay is permanently supplied with the voltage U. Closing the control contact S leads to immediate switching on of the execution relay R. Opening of the control contact S counts the set delay time for switching off the execution relay R. After measuring the time T, the execution relay R switches off. If the control contact S is closed before the time T has elapsed, then the previously measured time is reset to 0 and the execution relay remains switched on. The delay of the execution relay R begins with further opening of the control contact S. If the R function is enabled in the ”Extra Time” mode, after the counting of the time T, the contact R is switched off for 1s, and then it is switched on again for 10s. After measuring the time of 10 s, the contact R is switched off.
Wi: controlled switching on for a set time with switching off function
The input of the timing relay is permanently supplied with the voltage U. Closing the control contact S leads to the immediate switching on of the execution relay R for the set time T. After the time T counts, the execution relay R turns off. The execution relay R is switched on again for the time T by closing the control contact S again. If the control contact S closes again during the measurement of the time T, the execution relay is switched off immediately and the measured time is deleted. The opening of the control contact S during the measurement of the time T does not affect the implemented function. If the Wi function is enabled in the ”Extra Time” mode, after measuring the time T, the contact R is switched off for 1s and then switched on again for 10s. After measuring the time of 10s, the contact R is switched off.
