For ensuring a long life of your High Power LEDs, a constant current source is needed and this is quaranteed through a constant current source. For supplying the devices with constant current, the constant current source changes its electrical resistance automatically. This has the effect of a consistent brightness of the High Power LEDs. The LEDs have to be mounted in a way that they are connected in series.

With this constant current source you have the possibility to supply between 1 and 12 LEDs with each 1W power at the same time. You do not need any additional resitors or other electrical ballast.
